About the leather:

We use full grain aniline dyed Italian leather in our Rainstone shoulder bags.  Why Italian, you ask?  Because it's the premier leather.  Full grain leather is the highest quality, and each hide has its own characteristics; that is the beauty of leather.  They say that leather doesn't wear out, it wears in, and we are certain that your bag will be beautiful for years to come.  

About colors:

We almost always have hides in these colors.  And you can choose the "flavor" of the interior, too.  We can't, however, guarantee that what your monitor displays is exactly the same as the color we have, but you already knew that.

About special orders:

We may have other leathers available from time to time.  Right now, we have a small qualtity of embossed black that looks like alligator, and a lovely plum.  When you shop our catalog, choose "special order" under leather color, and for an additional $15 you can have a Rainstone shoulder bag like no other!

When do I get my Rainstone Shoulder Bag?

As you may have already guessed, your Rainstone shoulder bag will be made to your order.  By hand.  In our Oregon shop.  You can expect us to ship your order within one week.  And you can expect us to let you know when it ships.
